Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual product.

We do most of the photos in controlled light without much equipment and yes we do not edit the images. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products we carry and that appear on the website, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact representation. If it is important that the color be exact, it is highly recommended that you request a sample from us, before placing an order. We will ship you one, if samples for the color are available. 

In most cases, the samples online will work for most people if it’s a white or off white, but dark colors and specially stained colors would be best to order a sample first. They may vary slightly from the actual product and we cannot be responsible for these differences.

Also, with some products which involve handmade printing processes, there are chances of difference in color from the image you have seen. We would request you to consider that before you go shopping.

Is all products 100% Handmade?

Yes and our prime objective is to promote handmade items which includes Handloom Sarees and Dress materials, Handcrafted decorative Items and Hand painted wall hangings and frames.

What is the Order delivery time?

We need at least 3 to 9 business working days if the product is available to us. If you have ordered something which is not in stock, it can take about 15- 20 days to weave, print and dispatch it. In case of bulk orders, it may take even longer to process the order. However, you will be duly notified on the progress of your order with us, as soon as there is a change in the status of the order. You might appreciate the fact that unlike power looms we do everything using human effort and no machines

Is Shipping Free?

No Shipping charges are applicable for the orders above Rs.1000. For Order below Rs.1000, an additional Rs.150 is charged.

How can I track my order?

You will be receiving an email notification from us as well as our courier partner containing the Tracking link. You can track the order till it is finally delivered to you.

Is COD facility available?

At this moment we have not enabled the COD (Cash on Delivery) option but in future we will be definitely enabling it
